It is quite an understatement to say that holding onto batons is a bit demanding. However, understatements seem to be be part of the climbing World. In all fairness, it has to be said that Batons are a really demanding grip strength training handle. It is necessary to possess well trained grip muscles to make it through some cycles on the grips, therefore the bulbs are more suitable for advanced climbers, ninja warriors, judoka or wrestlers. It is possible for beginners to train with batons, but it is advisable not to use their whole body weight at first.
The Batons are made out of domestic ash with a 40mm diameter and are shipped in pairs.
