20 days in, the shipment has not left Europe. Choice of niche provider and and not a common one like DHL was poorly made

Hello Nadav, thank you for the review, even if it's not a good one. Shortly after your order, I wrote to you that I would look for a parcel service provider to deliver your order, as the Austrian Post had discontinued service to the USA. The reason for this is a well-known customs policy. So be it. Ultimately, GLS was commissioned with the shipping, as I've generally had consistently good experiences with this provider. However, I can't be blamed for GLS causing such a long delay, and despite constant interventions, shipping is unfortunately progressing very slowly. I'm terribly sorry, but my options for changing the customs policy are about as promising as yours.
