The SA6 focuses on the essentials: four precisely crafted edges that enable targeted finger strength training at any level. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience – with 45, 20, 12, and 8 millimeters, you'll always find the right challenge. No frills, no distractions – just you, the wood, and your fingers.

The SA6 is made from high-quality ash wood, which is characterized by its durability and pleasant feel. Each board is produced in my workshop in Lower Austria and is left untreated so that you benefit from optimal friction and a realistic grip.

If you want to expand your training, the SA6 is fully compatible with Antworks accessories such as the Ant Bar, the Ant Hill 63, or the Strong Ant 4. This allows it to be flexibly integrated into your setup and developed with your demands.

Note for beginners
The larger edges of the SA6 are excellent for a safe introduction to finger strength training. However, you should only incorporate small edges into your training once your muscles, tendons, and annular ligaments are sufficiently strengthened.

Sports theory explanation
While your muscles adapt quickly to new stresses, ligaments and tendons take significantly more time to become stronger. Starting with very small edges too early can therefore lead to overuse and injuries. Progressive training – starting with the large edges – ensures that you become stronger in the long term without unnecessarily endangering your body.

The SA6 is therefore a board that enables purist training and accompanies you step by step – clear, focused, and effective.
