Antido - Finger Exerciser

The Antido is now in its fourth generation – smaller, more thoughtfully designed, and more mobile than ever before. The current version is so compact that it fits into any bag and is ideal for warming up or for short finger strength sessions on the go.

With three grip depths (12, 20, and 40 mm), the Antido covers a wide spectrum, with the training focus clearly on the two narrower ledges. Made from solid European ash, every Antido is produced in my workshop in Lower Austria.
